Observe all <br />required setback/separation distances during the installation of the system. <br /> <br />Keep this document with your records. Give a copy of this permit to the septic system <br />installer prior to the installation of the system, Any deviation from the approved plan <br />must have prior approval from this office, <br /> <br />The following construction specifications shall apply to the installation of the septic system: <br /> TYPE OF REPLACEMENT SYSTEM: STANDARD <br /> <br /> MINIMUM SEPTIC TANK CAPACITY: 1000 GALLONS <br /> LINEAL FEET OF DRAINFIELD: 450 <br /> TYPE OF DISTRIBUTION: SERIAL <br /> DISPOSAL TRENCH DEPTH: 24INCHES, MININUM: 24INCHES, MAXIMUM <br /> TOTAL DRAIN MEDIA DEPTH: 12INCHES <br /> DRAIN MEDIA UNDER PIPE: 6INCHES <br /> MINIMUM SOIL BACKFILL: 12INCHES <br /> GROUND WATER INTERCEPTOR: N <br /> <br /> The disposal trenches are constructed two (2) feet wide and on minimum ten (lO) foot <br /> centers and with no line exceeding 125 feet in length, The trenches and perforated <br /> pipe are installed level (+/- one inch) and contoured to follow the natural ground <br /> surface. <br /> <br />COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS <br /> <br />1, CALL BEFORE YOU DIG .... IT'S THE LAW, <br /> ATTENTION: Oregon law requires you to follow rules adopted <br /> by the Oregon Utility Notification Center. Those rules are <br /> set forth in OAR 952-001-0010 through OAR 952-001-0090. THIS SEPTIC REVIEW WAS COMPLETED BY LEE GRIMES ON JUNE 17, <br /> 1999. SOIL CONDITIONS AT THE TEST PITS APPEAR MARGINALLY <br /> SUITABLE TO INSTALL STANDARD SYSTEM DRAINFIELD LINES. AN <br /> EFFLUENT PUMP MIGHT BE NECESSARY TO REACH THE APPROVED DRAIN <br /> FIELD SITE, DRAINLINES MUST BE CONTOURED TO THE NATURAL LAND <br /> FORM, USE CARE NOT TO ALTER THE NATURAL LANDFORM PRIOR TO <br /> INSTALLATION. REFER TO THE SITE PLAN DATED JUNE 21, 1999, <br />3. THE ATTACHED ORANGE CARD MUST BE POSTED AT THE COUNTY ROAD <br /> prior to requesting an inspection, The card must be located <br /> near the driveway to the property to assist the inspector in <br /> locating the access onto the site. <br />4, THE APPROVED SEPTIC SYSTEM AREA MUST BE PROTECTED from any <br /> vehicular traffic, livestock and farming activities. Other <br /> activities such as logging, excavating or filling, driveway <br /> placement or any similar activities may also damage the soil <br /> in the area and adversely affect the septic system approval, <br /> The areas of the initial septic system and the future repair <br /> system must both be protected, <br />5. THIS SYSTEM MUST BE INSPECTED AND APPROVED PRIOR TO BACKFILL <br /> When work is complete and ready fo~ inspection, call our <br /> Automated Inspection Request line at 373-4427 to request an <br /> inspection, Enter the number "801" for a PRE-COVER inspec- <br /> tion, You may leave a message for the inspector if desired. <br /> Be sure the System Record form with the As-Built drawing is <br /> on the job or in our office when the inspection is requested <br /> An inspection should be completed within seven (7) days, <br /> <br /> <br />
