The manufactured dwelling is to be <br />installed per the 1997 Oregon Manufactured Dwelling Standards, <br /> <br />The permit fee for this manufactured dwelling covers a maximum of three inspections, <br />(1) STAND inspection, prior to the installation of the manufactured dwelling: <br />(2) INSTALLATION inspection (Footings/Setbacks/Blocking and Connections): and <br />(2) FINAL inspection, All blocking, installation of temporary or permanent <br />stairs and plumbing, electrical, and mechanical conections are required prior <br />to an inspection requst, <br /> <br />A REINSPECTION FEE OF $60,00 shall be assessed for each inspection beyond the <br />permitted three inspections or (1) when the permit card or the approved site plan <br />is not posted on the job site: (2) for failure to provide access on the date for <br />which the inspection is requested: (3) when the work for which an inspection is <br />requested is not complete, (4) when the manufactured dwelling is not installed <br />per 1997,Manufactured Dwelling Standards: (5) for failing to attach an installer's <br />certification tag, or (6) when required corrections are not made, No inspections <br />will be performed until the reinspection fee has been paid at our office. <br /> <br /> OIH~R CDMMENI5 AND CONUIIIUNS <br /> <br /> 1. Approval of submitted plans is not an approval of omissions <br /> or oversights by this office or of noncompliance with any <br /> applicable regulations of local government. <br /> 4. Site grading and drainage shall provide grades which slope <br /> downward away from manufactured dwelling stands, foundation <br /> footings, concrete slabs, patios, walls, skirting, and <br /> foundations at a MINIMUM GRADE OF 1/2 INCH PER FOOT FOR 6 <br /> FEET horizontally. (Section 302(c) 1996 Oregon Manufactured <br /> Dwelling Code Standards). <br /> 5. Provide at least I square foot of underfloor ventilation <br /> for each 150 square feet of crawl space area. The openings <br /> shall be covered with a corrosion resistant wire mesh. At <br /> least one such opening shall be provided within 3 feet of <br /> each corner of the building, (R-311,1) <br /> 6, Provide an access crawl hole to the underfloor space. The <br /> minimum size opening required is 18 inches by 24 inches, <br /> (R-311,2) <br /> 7, Stairways shall not be less than 3 feet in clear width and <br /> the headroom shall not be less than 6 feet 8 inches. The <br /> minimum required stair tread width is 9 inches. The <br /> maximum stair rise is 8 inches. When risers are <br /> closed, all treads may have a uniform projection not to <br /> exceed 1 and 1/2 inches. The greatest riser height shall <br /> not exceed the smallest by more than 3/8 inch.
