County approval of and a permit for the installation of a <br /> septic system must be obtained prior to use of any restroom <br /> facilities in the structure, <br /> <br /> 4, Electrical, plumbing, and mechanical permits are required <br /> for the work performed and must be obtained prior to <br /> commencing work, <br /> <br /> 5.
