February 10, 1993 <br /> <br />APPLICANT: <br />SITE NUMBER: <br /> <br />STAND~V,D SYSTEM CONSTRUCTION DETAIL SHEET <br /> <br />Vera Bennett <br />93-00443 <br /> <br /> Your site has been found suitable for a STANDARD ON-SIT~ SEWAGE DISPOSAL <br />SYSTEM. The following construction specifications shall apply to the installa- <br />tion of your septic system. <br /> <br />1. The septic tank shall have a minimum liquid capacity of 1000 <br /> gallons. <br /> <br />2. The projected daily sewage flow for this project is calculated at <br /> 150 qallons per day. Based on soil conditions observed on this <br /> site, the disposal field will be sized at 150 lineal feet Der 150 <br /> qallons of projected daily sewage flow. A minimum of 150 lineal <br /> feet of disposal field will be required for your proposed develop- <br /> ment. The disposal trenches are constructed two (2) feet wide and <br /> on minimum ten (10) foot centers and with no line exceeding 125 <br /> feet in length. The trenches and perforated pipe are installed <br /> level (~1") and contoured to follow the natural ground surface. <br /> <br />The disposal field shall be constructed with EOUAL distribution <br />with a minimum trench depth of 18 inches and a maximum trench <br />depth of 18 Snche~. There must be at least 6 iqches of backfill <br />over the top of the gravel, measured from the natural ground <br />surface. <br /> <br /> This approval is site specific to the area tested and the septic system <br />must be located in the i~ediate area of the test pits unless otherwise autho- <br />rized by this office. A new site evaluation may be required if the system is <br />proposed for a different area on the property. <br /> <br />SPECIAL CONDITIONS: <br /> Install the septic system in the area shown on site plan submitted with <br /> the application. Since the number of employees was not specified on the <br /> application, the minimum sewage flow for an office building was assumed <br /> and the system was sized on that basis. If a higher sewage flow is <br /> proposed in the future, the system sizing will increase and a new site <br /> evaluation may be required. <br /> <br />THIS I$ NOT A ~BRMIT TO INSTALL THE SEPTIC SYSTEM.
