SEPTIC PERMIT
DATE/TIME : 08/09/99 13:B8 PERMIT NO
TYPE : SP STATUS
ISSUED
TO EXPIRE
PAGE

99-06251
ISSUED
08/09/1999
08/08/2000
2

SEPTIC PERMIT

This property was previously evaluated 00/00/0000 for the feasibility to install a
septic system for a RESIDENTIAL building site, Based on the results of this study, site
approval was granted. The approval is site specific to the area tested, and the septic
system must be located in the immediate area of the test pits, unless otherwise authorized
by this office. A new site evaluation may be required if the system is proposed for a
different area on the property,

This approval was given on the basis that the lot or parcel will not be further partitioned
or subdivided and that conditions on this property and on adjacent properties are not altered
in any manner which would prohibit the issuance of a permit, Soils in the approved area
shall not be altered by cutting, filling, or other developmental activities which would
impede the successful operation of the initial or replacement absorption systems. Failure
to comply with the above items may void this approval.

The site evaluation approval runs with the land, but the permit is non-transferable and non-
refundable,

Keep this document with your records. Show this permit to the septic installer prior to
installation of the system.
