No <br />evidence of failure was found, and the system appeared to be functioning in a satisfactory manner, <br /> <br /> This notice is issued with the recommendation that the septic tank be pumped and inspected by <br />a licensed septic tank pumper approximately every five years, <br /> <br /> This notice does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous operation of the existing on-site <br />sewage disposal system. THE <br /> EXISTING SEPTIC SYSTEM WAS INSTALLED IN 1972 AND DESIGNED <br /> FOR A 2 BEDROOM HOME. THE PROPOSED REPLACEMENT 2 BEDROOM <br /> HOME APPEARS NOT TO ENCROACH ANY FARTHER INTO THE BACK YARD <br /> WHERE THE DRAINFIELD IS PLACED, THE TANK WAS PUMPED IN 1998 <br /> AND INDICATED THAT IT WAS IN GOOD WORKING CONDITION, <br /> AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION THE SYSTEM APPEARED TO BE IN GOOD <br /> WORKING CONDITION. THERE IS LIMITED SPACE AVAILABLE FOR FU- <br /> TURE SYSTEM REPLACEMENT IF IT SHOULD BE REQUIRED, <br />3, THE APPROVED SEPTIC SYSTEM AREA MUST BE PROTECTED from any <br /> vehicular traffic, livestock and farming activities, Other <br /> activities such as logging, excavating or filling, driveway <br /> placement or any similar activities may also damage the soil <br /> in the area and adversely affect the septic system approval. <br /> The areas of the initial septic system and the future repair <br /> system must both be protected. <br /> <br /> <br />
