The approval is site specific to the area tested, and the septic system must be located in the immediate area of the test pits, unless otherwise authorized by this office, A new site evaluation may be required if the system is proposed for a different area on the property. This approval was given on the basis that the lot or parcel will not be further partitioned or subdivided and that conditions on this property and on adjacent properties are not altered in any manner which would prohibit the issuance of a permit. Soils in the approved area shall not be altered by cutting, filling, or other developmental activities which would impede the successful operation of the initial or replacement absorption systems. Failure to comply with the above items may void this approval. OBSERVE ALL REQUIRED SET- BACKS IN THE INSTALLATION, 3, THE ATTACHED ORANGE CARD MUST BE POSTED AT THE COUNTY ROAD prior to requesting an inspection.
