This approval is site specific and must be installed according to <br />the following specifications and the attached site plan, <br /> <br />Soils in the approved area shall not be altered or modified by cutting, filling, or other <br />activities which would impede the successful operation of the septic system, Observe all <br />required setback/separation distances during the installation of the system, <br /> <br />Keep this document with your records, Give a copy of this permit to the septic system <br />installer prior to the installation of the system. Any deviation from the approved plan <br />must have prior approval from this office. <br /> <br />The following construction specifications shall apply to the installation of the septic system: <br /> <br />TYPE OF REPLACEMENT SYSTEM: CAPPING FILL <br /> <br />MINIMUM SEPTIC TANK CAPACITY: 1000 GALLONS <br /> LINEAL FEET OF DRAINFIELD: 450 <br /> TYPE OF DISTRIBUTION: SERIAL <br /> DISPOSAL TRENCH DEPTH: 18INCHES. THE OLD SEPTIC TANK MUST <br /> BE PUMPED AND PROPERLY ABANDONED, SUBMIT A COPY OF THE <br /> PUMPING RECIEPT AND COMPLETED ABANDOMENT FORM TO OUR OFFICE <br /> UPON CONNECTION TO THE NEW SYSTEM. <br />3. THE ATTACHED ORANGE CARO MUST BE POSTED AT THE COUNTY ROAD <br /> prior to requesting an inspection. The card must be located <br /> near the driveway to the property to assist the inspector in <br /> locating the access onto the site. <br />4. THE APPROVED SEPTIC SYSTEM AREA MUST BE PROTECTED from any <br /> vehicular traffic, livestock and farming activities. Other <br /> activities such as logging, excavating or filling, driveway <br /> placement or any similar activities may also damage the soil <br /> in the area and adversely affect the septic system approval, <br /> The areas of the initial septic system and the future repair <br /> system must both be protected, <br />5, A CAPPING FILL DRAINFIELD IS REQUIRED in conjunction with <br /> the septic system approval, See the attached "CAPPING FILL" <br /> information sheet for instructions. <br />6.
