Norm Bickell of the Marion County Building Department stated that the elevation
of this spike is 96.16'. He also stated that the flood elevation is 94.5' in the area and that and
elevation of 96.5' would be satisfactory for the garage. In order to keep this survey as
inexpensive as possible, I have assumed that Norm Bickell's information is correct and have
not verified the raikoad spike data.

I have measured the elevation difference betWeen the railroad spike and the ground elevation at
the lowest corner of the garage. I used an automatic level and level rod to measure to from the
spike to the proposed garage and back to tbe spike. The survey resulted in a clare of 0.02
foot in elevation. Based on the railroad spike, the elevation of the ~round at/R~a'To~st corner
of the propo~ed garage site is 104.82 feet.

-E
