This <br />site has a limited amount of area which can be approved for a standard drainfield <br />system. Due to this limited area the approved development plan must clearly show <br />the area proposed and approved for the dralnfield. <br /> <br />The current plan still shows the house in the area the test holes were dug for <br />evaluation and according to our field notes 3 of the 4 holes provided appear to be <br />within the 100' setback required from the proposed well. We want no confusion <br />with a future owner where the approved area is and that there is sufficient space <br />available for the standard dralnfield, replacement area, homesite, driveway, well etc <br />meeting all the required setbacks. <br /> <br />Attached is a stakeout procedure handout sheet. This stakeout is required to clarify <br />the proposed development plan for the future. <br /> <br />This application will be kept on hold for the field stakeout and revised plan. The <br />more detailed and complete the information received the faster this application can be <br />processed. <br /> <br />Zan E.
