Detailed instructions for dosing tank / <br />effluent pump installations are available in our office, The <br />electrical wiring to the pump and alarm must be installed in <br />accordance with the appropriate Electrical Code. The elec- <br />trical work must be done under a Marion County Electrical <br />Permit and must be inspected and approved by a Marion County <br />Electrical Inspector, The work must be left uncovered and <br />accessible for inspection. The electrical inspection includes <br />the connections to the pump and alarm in the dosing tank,the <br />~iring in the trench and the connections in the structure. <br />THIS SYSTEM MUST BE INSPECTED AND APPROVED PRIOR TO BACKFILL <br />When work is complete and ready for inspection, call our <br />Automated Inspection Request line at 373-4427 to request an <br />inspection. Enter the number "80t" for a PRE-COVER inspec- <br />tion, You may leave a message for the inspector if desired. <br />Be sure the System Record form with the As-Built drawing is <br />on the job or in our office when the inspection is requested <br />An inspection should be completed within seven (7) days, <br /> <br /> <br />
