The concept of a regional <br />facility is also approved. ~ow~ver, since Phase II and Phase III ~ay occur in <br />the distant fut~Ure, tbs sewage treatment facility plan may havs to b~ ui;~eted <br />st each phase of construction. <br /> <br />You have indicated that a Septic Tank ~.ffluent Pump (ST~.P) system may h~ used. <br />It would b-e go~d ~o check for proper sizing of the system and other criteria <br />before suhuitting final plans and specifications. TO obtaia this infox~nation, <br />you ~aay contact Gary M~sser of this office or James Van Dc~nelen of our ~later <br />Quality Division in Portland. <br /> <br />A surety bon~ or other approvable security shall b~ submitted before construction <br />takes place, in accordance with ORS 454.425. The amount shall be one dollar per <br />gallon per day not to exceed $25,000. Therefore, according ~o the flo~ in your <br />proF~sal, ~he amount would be $10,000 for }'tlase I. <br /> <br />A long-=er~ =~anagemunt am~ financial plan for the continuous maintenance, opera~ <br />tion and replacement of the sewage facilities shall b~ sub~itted before construc- <br />tion begins.
