You have <br />indicated a~ this time it iS unknown what thc full~ developed <br />land use will be. <br /> <br />With this being the case, we feel fha: the traffic s:udy may <br />be delayed until such time as further development is proposed. <br />When further development OCCURS, it may cause an increase in <br />traffic $o that additional traffic control or left turn refuge <br />may be required. This type of improvemsn~ should be the re- <br />sponslbility of the propert~ owner and developer. <br /> <br />To insure that improvements are made when needed, the County <br />will accept a written agreement from Mr. Isberg stating t~e <br />following: . <br /> <br />He will be responsible for all required road ~m- <br />provements due to increased traffic loads on Ehlen <br />Road or I-5 off ramps, due to the development of the <br />16 acre parcel. <br /> <br />That access permits for any now development or change <br />in use on the 16 acres will be required from Public <br />Works and we mag delay ~ssuanee of such permits until <br />the required traffic study and improvements due to the <br />development are made. <br /> <br /> <br />
