Salem, Oregon 9730Z Dear Sirs, Enclosed are site and foundatlonplan d~awings and related data for the new Service/Convenience Store Facilities at Isberg R.V. Park, Aurora, Oregon. The enclosed documents are being submitted for review in regards to obtaining a sitework and foundation permit and approval while the construction documents are being completed (Final drawings will be submitted within the next two weeks). We are requesting a sitework permit to implement the extensive sub-base preparation that is required prior to starting actual construction. Approval of such work will assist in taking advantage of the "good weather conditions" and expedite the overall construction schedule for the project. After a visit to the Marion County Building Department on Thursday, May 12, I was informed that a building permit will be "held-up" until a list of items prepared by the Public Works Department is acknowledged and implemented by the Owners. As of this date, some items have been agreed to by the Owners and others are in the process of design and engineering by respective consultants. It is the intent of both Delores and Jack Isberg, Owners, to work with Marion County officials and resolve and implement all items that are pending or are in question. Since the items in question relate to a Conditional Use #82-9 & 82-10 that are not part of the proposed Service/ Convenience Store project, I would like to request a meeting between all parties concerned to resolve what issues remain~ All items noted in the Dept. of Public Works letter of Feb° 28, 1983 pertaining to the new CU VAR 83-11 have been acknowledged and integrated into the drawings and documents that are being submitted. - I
