AMENDMENT #4 <br />TO <br />PROJECT MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT <br />~'° The Project Management Agreement (the "Agreement") between Marion County, Sa1em Area Mass Transit District, and <br />Melvin Ma.rk Development Company, dated June 1, 1997, as amended by an Addendum to the Project Management <br />Agreement signed by Marion County on January 28, 1998 (the "First Addendum"), as amended by a Second Addendum <br />to Project Management Agreement signed by Marion Connty on April 15, 1998 (the "Second Addendum"), as amended <br />by Amendment #3 to Contract for Services signed by Marion County on November 4, 1998 (the "Third Addendum"), is <br />amended as follows: <br />Melvin Mark will arrange for Palmer, Groth and Pietka, Inc. ("PGP") to perform a Highest and Best Use analysis of the <br />north end opportunity site located on the Courthouse Square development block as outlined in the attached letter dated <br />October 4, 1999. Melvin Mazk will facilitate the arrangements for PGP to provide the services to the County and the <br />Transit District, but Melvin Mark shall not be responsible for the accuracy or context of PGP's analysis or reports. <br />Compensation for these additional services will be billed at 'rect cost ofthe work, not to exceed $12,500.00. <br />Meetings (requiring the attendance of any PGP repres after the delivery of the Highest and Best Use report will <br />be billed at $150 per hour. County will pay for these additional services promptly when due.
