2. Pa nt r Extended Term. Owner shall continue to pay Manager $19,886.36 <br />per month on the first day of each calendar month throughout the extended Term. <br />3. Chan$e Order Fee. Manager agrees that Owner sha11 not be obligated to pay <br />Manager the fee for Changes as described in the last sentence of Section 6.2 of the Project <br />Agreement. <br />4. Clarification of Duties Regardin~ FTA. As provided in Section 11 of the Project <br />Agreement, Manager must perform its obligations in conformance with the FTA Requirements if <br />and to the extent the FTA Requirements are required by law to apply to Manager. Any <br />activities related to Owner's compliance with the FTA Requirements (including, without <br />limitation, responses to audit requests) shall be additional services under the Agreement. <br />S. Effect of ~ Addendum. The Agreement is modified only as set forth in this <br />Fifth Addendum.
