I hope I've remembered everything!!! <br />Thanks for your help, <br />Gayla <br />»> PEGGY MITCHELL 06/19/00 04:37PM »> <br />At our last Courthouse Square transition team meeting on June 7th, each department was asked to <br />submit in writing the following information: <br />Your total budgeted amount for furniture needs to move into Courthouse Square: Approximately <br />$75,000 <br />whether you were using FY99/00 funds or is it budgeted in FY00/01: We are using 1999-00 funds for all <br />of our purchases. <br />Identify your cost center: 16100100 <br />Identify any other furniture purchases (i.e. tables, chairs, etc.) other than system furniture needs for <br />quaniry discount buying and <br />Any request for assistance from the project along with justification(s) for assistance if needed. <br />We are purchasing one u-shaped workstation for the map room and 7 ergonomic chairs through <br />Situs. We needed to match the existing furniture and chairs. The requistion (req. #8517) has been <br />placed as of 6/19/00, but the PO has not been approved yet. We are requesting matching safety <br />grant funds on this purchase. <br />We are ordering four executive chairs for managers from Boise. They are Lazy Boy #92123. The <br />task chairs that the managers currently have are being shifted to the new people we have coming <br />on board this month and over the next two months. <br />We are also looking at purchasing <br />approximately 20 chairs for our lunch room, but have not identified the actual chair we're going to <br />purchase yet. The chairs that we have now are not safe and Doug wants them replaced. <br />We are purchasing a total of 19 workstations through the system furniture purchase. I have asked <br />for the prices on an additional 4 workstations and should be receiving that by this Friday, June 23. <br />Because the discounted prices came in so far below our earlier projections, we will not be asking <br />for assistance from the project. We wanted to leave the project money for other departments with <br />
