I originaily budgeted $36,000 for furniture, systems, etc., for the move into CH2. That was cut from the <br />budget during deliberations. I am estimating carryover from 99-00 to cover all the costs. <br />2. I will be using 99-00 funds from carryover. <br />3. Cost Center 10200100 <br />4. I am not projecting additional furniture purchases immediately. After we get into the building, we may <br />look at future purchases for conference rooms. <br />5. If there is funds available in the project, we can use help with future conference room furniture. I plan <br />to use current furniture in those rooms. <br />»> PEGGY MITCHELL 06/19/00 04:37pm »> <br />At our last Courthouse Square transition team meeting on June 7th, each department was asked to <br />submit in writing the following information: <br />Your total budgeted amount for furniture needs to move into Courthouse Square; <br />whether you were using FY99/00 funds or is it budgeted in FY00/01; <br />Identify your cost center; <br />Identify any other furniture purchases (i.e. tables, chairs, etc.) other than system furniture needs for <br />quanity discount buying and <br />Any request for assistance from the project along with justification(s) for assistance if needed. <br />Your deadline to submit this information was Friday, June 16th. I have only received responses from 3 <br />departments as of noon today. I need to have a written response from each department moving into <br />Courthouse Square by 5:00 PM tomorrow, June 20th. C~nce we have received a response from all <br />departments, any requests for assistance from the project will be passed along fo Randy and Billy for <br />review. With June 30 less than two weeks away, time is getting short to ensure movement of necessary <br />funding from this year's budget. <br />If you have any questions or concems, please let me know as soon as possible. <br />Thanks, <br />Pe99Y <br />
