The services would indude <br />the preparation of a proposal request induding sketches of a revised a~chitectural floor plan, plumbing plan and lighting <br />plan with associated information. <br />Our fees for these services will be as foilows: <br />Architect $2,700.00 <br />Engineer 1.260.00 <br />Subtotal $3,960.00 <br />Ovefiead at 10% 396.00 <br />Total Fee $4,356.00 <br />Reimbursables (printing, fa~ang, etc.) are not included in the above fee and will be biiled in addition to this fee.
