Courtfiouse Square Project No. 9828.22 Dear John: We are pleased to offer addi~onal services to modify the design of the Fifth Floor Administrative Offices and the adjacent expansion space to provide space for fhe new Special Transportation Division. The services would indude the preparation of a proposal request induding sketches of a revised a~chitectural floor plan, plumbing plan and lighting plan with associated information. Our fees for these services will be as foilows: Architect $2,700.00 Engineer 1.260.00 Subtotal $3,960.00 Ovefiead at 10% 396.00 Total Fee $4,356.00 Reimbursables (printing, fa~ang, etc.) are not included in the above fee and will be biiled in addition to this fee.
