T'hese costs will result from time committed to <br />meetings at the cail of the Commissioning Agent. Since the Development Team has as yet not seleded a <br />Commissioning Agent, it is difficult to estimate the level of involvement required. <br />We propose that time required by the commissioning process to attend meetings at the ca11 of the <br />Commissioning Agent and complete tasks assigned by the Commissioning Agent, be billed at our then current <br />hou~ly rates, We estimate that the fees could amourrt to approximately $5,000 for Interface Engineering and <br />a further $2,500 fo~ Arbuckle Costic Architeds. It should be noted that the amount estimated by Intertace <br />Engineering would not be billed, if through the selection process, they also become the Commissioning Agent. <br />Clearly, if they a~e the Commissioning Agent for the County, they would not need to call themselves to related <br />meetings.
