T'hese costs will result from time committed to meetings at the cail of the Commissioning Agent. Since the Development Team has as yet not seleded a Commissioning Agent, it is difficult to estimate the level of involvement required. We propose that time required by the commissioning process to attend meetings at the ca11 of the Commissioning Agent and complete tasks assigned by the Commissioning Agent, be billed at our then current hou~ly rates, We estimate that the fees could amourrt to approximately $5,000 for Interface Engineering and a further $2,500 fo~ Arbuckle Costic Architeds. It should be noted that the amount estimated by Intertace Engineering would not be billed, if through the selection process, they also become the Commissioning Agent. Clearly, if they a~e the Commissioning Agent for the County, they would not need to call themselves to related meetings. Oliver has further indicated that it would be advantageous for the County and SAMTD, if Interface Engineering were retained to pertorm the testing and balanang worlc as well as the commissioning.
