Since the Developmerrt Team has as yet not seleded a <br />Commissioning Agent, it is difficult to estimate the levei of involvement required. <br />We propose that time ~equired by the commissioning process to attend meetings at the call of the <br />Commissioning Agent and complete tasks assigned by the Commissioning Agent. be biiled at ourthen cwrent <br />hourly rates. We estimate that the fees could amourrt to approximately $5,000 fo~ Interface Engi~eering and <br />a further ~2~500 for Arbuckie Costic Architeds. It should be noted that the amount estimated by intertace <br />Engineering would not be bilied, if through the selection process, they also become the Commissionfig Agent. <br />Clea~ly, if they are the Commissioning Agent for the County, they would not need to cali themselves to related <br />meetings.
