The services p~ovided by Stan Pszczolkowskl consist of the <br />foliowing two parts: <br />1. Attendance at a meeting in the Arbuckle Cosiic Ar~hited offices with members af <br />the Development Team on July 13, 1998, to develop an approach. <br />2. A work program during the Design Development Estimate, the Consirudion <br />Document Estimate, and after a Construction Contract has been awarded. <br />Th~ services inciuded undef part 1 were prevlously app~oved and invoiced on a time and reimbursable <br />expenses basis in the amount of $377.79 including $344.00 fn fees and $33.79 in ~eimbursable t~avel <br />expenses. <br />The services:~under parf 2 are itemized as per the attached proposal pmvided by A~chifectural Cost <br />Consulfants_ <br />Arbuckle Costic Architects will invoice the actual cost of invoices recei~ed from Arehiteetural Cost <br />Consuftants, LLC plus ten percent to cove~ the overhead.
