I received their feedback and made revisions. The report was then sent <br />to the Courthouse Square Development Team far feasibility and cost information. <br />This report is intended to provide you with an "overall" plan for security and <br />safety in Courthouse Square, keeping in mind that it should remain flexible so that <br />enhancements can be made following occupancy as it is impossible to anticipate <br />all needs until that time. <br />ISSUES: <br />It may be helpful in moving us toward resolution to put a framework around these <br />discussions by articulating the risks and costs we hope to avoid by proactively <br />planning for safety and security. <br />Numerous studies and research have documented the following: <br />~ Printed on Recycled Paper 3150 Lancaster Drive NE • Salem, Oregon 97305 <br />Reduce Reuse Recycle Recover www.open.org/marion <br />
