1 j
REVISIONS TO OWNER-ARCHITECT FORM CONTRACT
(AIA DOCUMENT B 141)
MAY 19, 1997
Page One: The date will be changed to day of May
SP 1.1.2.1: Has been amended so that Architect will use best efforts to comply with project
schedule, rather than strict compliance with schedule. This was done to reflect the "fast
track" nature of the project, and the need for flexibility.
SP 1.1.5: Has been amended to require only ordinary and customary care by Architect.
This is a risk level insurable by the Architect.
SP 1.1.6: Has been amended to delete the word "all". The Architect is only obligated to
conform to "applicable" laws, rules and codes.
SP 1.1.7 and SP 1.1.8: Have been deleted. The Agreement does not compel the Architect
to identify or retain key personnel, or divulge or keep specified subcontractors.
2.1.1. Has been changed. The Contractor
