Hatfield Plaza;" circumferential <br />weather protection around building facades and across the transit mall entryways, incorporating a <br />clock tower at one end of the transit mall; a drop-down, gated system of securmg the transit mall <br />area; and, streetscape improvements azound the perimeter of the block." <br />8.
