This concerns the scope of services, specifically <br />dewatering. Attached to this fax are copies of pages from the <br />two contracts. I read these to exclude dewatering engineering <br />from the scope of services for both. For the Contractor, that is <br />the original contract language suggested by the Contractor. I <br />have not agreed or disagreed with this. For the Architect, I <br />have negotiated most of this language, including section 2.1.1. <br />At the time, I did not know that the hydrostatic testing and <br />dewatering engineering were an issue. We are almost down to the <br />last few changes before I bring you a contract for architectural <br />services. <br />Now is the time to exa~ine this scope of service closely, and <br />tell me whether or not this neets your expectations. <br />
