TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN OWNER AND ARCHITECT <br />ARTICLE 1 ~ <br />ARCHITECTS RESPONSIBILITIES <br />1.1 ARCHITECT'S SERViCES <br />Se¢. S P L 1.0 <br />1.1.1 The Architecl's sennces consist of those sen~ices <br />performed b}~ the Architect, Architect's employees and <br />Architoct's consultants as enumerated in ARic(es 2 and 3 of <br />this Agreenient and am~ oiher sen~ices included in Article <br />12. <br />1.1.2 The Architect's sen~ices shal( be performed as <br />e.~paditiously as is consistent ~vith professiona( skill and care <br />and tt4e orderty progress of the Work. Upon request of the <br />Owner. the Architect shall submit for the O~me~'s apprrn~al a <br />schodule for the performance of the Architect's services <br />«fiich may be adjustod as the Project prooeeds, and shall <br />include atlowances for periods of time c+aquired for the <br />O~mer's revie~v and . for approval of submissions by <br />authorities ha~~ing jurisdiction over the Project.
