probram or Proiect Uudgct: <br />ARTIC~E 3 <br />ADDITIONA~ SERVICES <br />GENERAL <br />3.1.1 The services described in this Article 3 are not <br />inc(uded in Basic Services unless so identified in Article 12, <br />and they shal( be paid for br the O«mer as pro~nded in this <br />Agreement, in addition to the compensation for Bas~c3 <br />$ervices.
