Ree~,~'cc~ <br />4.1 The O~vner shali~ regarding <br />requirements for the Project~~~~clu~~g~~~ <br />_shail-se~--fe~ the O~vner's ofijecti~ gs, sc edu(e, constraints <br />and criteria, including space requirements and relationships, <br />flexibility, e~pandabilin°, special equipment, systems and site <br />requirements. <br />4.2 The O~vner shall establish and update an overall <br />budget for the Project, including the Construction Cost, the - <br />Owner's oflier costs and reasonable contingencies rela~ed to <br />all of these costs. <br />.~' ' ~~ia~-a~a~g~uac~~a~~~ad~ <br />4.4 The O~vner shall designate a representati~~e <br />authorized to act on the O«~ner's behalf «~ith respect to the <br />Project.
