10.2 REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES 9.5 The O~~~ner and Archilect, respecti~~ely, bind Uumseh•es, their parlners, succcssors, assigns and legal representatives to the other parl}~ lo this Agreement and to ;.; pactners, suooessors, assigns and legal representatives of h other parly ~vich respact to all covenants of' this Agroemen~ Neither O~~mer nor Archited shall assign this Agreement ~vithout the «~ritten oonsent of the other. 9.6 This Agreement represents the ee.are and integrated agreement bet~veen the O~vner and Architax and supersedes all prior negotiations. representations or agreements, either ~~~rilten or ocal. The Architect's materials shall not include the Owner's oonfidential or proprietary information if the Owner has previously ad~~ised the Archited in writing of the specific information considered tn~ the Owner to be vonfidential or proprietary. The o~vner shall provide professional credit for the Architecl on the construction sign and in the promotional materials for the Project.
