10.2 REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES <br />9.5 The O~~~ner and Archilect, respecti~~ely, bind <br />Uumseh•es, their parlners, succcssors, assigns and legal <br />representatives to the other parl}~ lo this Agreement and to <br />;.; pactners, suooessors, assigns and legal representatives of <br />h other parly ~vich respact to all covenants of' this <br />Agroemen~ Neither O~~mer nor Archited shall assign this <br />Agreement ~vithout the «~ritten oonsent of the other. <br />9.6 This Agreement represents the ee.are and integrated <br />agreement bet~veen the O~vner and Architax and supersedes <br />all prior negotiations. representations or agreements, either <br />~~~rilten or ocal. The <br />Architect's materials shall not include the Owner's <br />oonfidential or proprietary information if the Owner has <br />previously ad~~ised the Archited in writing of the specific <br />information considered tn~ the Owner to be vonfidential or <br />proprietary.
