Update the <br />analysis and recommendations based upon the revised designs. Upon <br />resolution and selection of final design, the following preliminary <br />information shall be provided: <br />a. Basic elevator core dimensions and arrangements. <br />b. Outline specifications. <br />B. Design Development Phase <br />6. Provide detailed design information and arrangements for the development <br />plan selected. Information shall include: <br />a. Scaled general arrangement drawings on 11" x 17" sheets. <br />b. Information for interface with other engineering disciplines; i.e., <br />structural, electrical, and mechanical requirements. <br />c. Information for interface with related work to be accomplished by <br />other Trades. <br />d. Drawings for special or unique applications. <br />7. Verify conformance with related codes. <br />C. Construction Documents Phase <br />8. Provide azchitectural layout drawings for the vertical transportation <br />equipment. Provide written comments along with advice, assistance or <br />information on any items related to the drawings, as requested by the <br />Architect. NOTE: Drawings can be provided on the Architect's vellums. <br />9. Prepare a detailed and complete performance-based specification in the <br />standard format of LBNA-ECG. The specification shall include specific <br />performance criteria, require compliance with current codes, and establish <br />the equipment quality level. Include a continuing-after-installation <br />preventive maintenance agreement and bid form. Bid documents shall be <br />configured to encourage competitive bidding. <br />D. Bidding and Ne~otiation Phase <br />10. Provide assistance on any bidding matter. Such assistance shall include: <br />a. Consultations on bidding procedure. <br />b. Evaluation of the bids, clarifying exceptions and ambiguities with <br />the Bidders, and submittal of written recommendations. <br />
