(Base bid to Indude undergrou~ work as identifled.) PerFormance of this work to be oontiguous with other streetsrape improvementx designed for this proJect. 4. Alternate No. 4(Add): Same as Alternate No. 3 above, but timing of installation to be delayed up to 18 months after completion of work for base bid. 5. Alternate No. 8: Delete non-firerated interior metal stud and gypsum board partition aomplete with door frames to tenant areas on 2nd, 3"d, and 4"' Floors and replace with demountable partitioning system. 9. Alternate No. 9(Add): Substitute recyded materials as per schedule for Solid Waste Department on 5"' floor. 10. Aiternate No. 10 (Add): Supply and install grease duct to west med~anical shaft.
