F. P. for building commissioning services <br />were conducted on Tuesday, June 3, 1997. The intenriew team consisted of Bob McCune, Marion County <br />FaaliUes Manager; Oliver Raab, Mechanical Engineer, Intertace Engineering; and Leonard Lodder, Arbuckle <br />Costic Architects. <br />The two firms interviewed were: <br />Fred Schaub and Steve Barney <br />Environmental & Engineering Services, Inc. (EESI) <br />687 NW 5th Street <br />Corvatlis, Oregon 97330 <br />Dennis E. Anderson and Deanna Sewell <br />Systems Commissioning Consultants, Inc. <br />10336 SE Tower Drive <br />Gresham, Oregon 97080 <br />Upon evaluating the contents of proposals submitted and the results of the interviews, we are prepared to <br />recommend EESI to serve as building commissioning agent or Courthouse Square. In order to finalize a <br />contract for services, we recommend that they be asked to finalize their fee proposal as soon as we provide <br />them with a more definitive description of the systems included. It appears that their fee proposal includes <br />commissioning of the facilities as if it were 100°k occupied. While this is impo~tant, it is not possible to <br />guarantee 100°r6 occupancy by June 1999.
