HVAC Controls Verification: <br />a. Work with the Controis Contrador to calibrate control system. <br />b. Verify calibration and sequence of control operation. <br />c. IdeMify HVAC control problems and provide solutions, including a mechanism for <br />correction by responsible parties with follow-up verification. <br />2. Complete mechanical system testing and balancing with documentation utilizing NEBB <br />standards: <br />a. Rooftop equipment. <br />b. Terminal units. <br />c. Exhaust fans. <br />d. Air iniets and outlets. <br />e. Plumbing systems. <br />EXCLUSIONS: <br />Construction Record Drawings. <br /> <br />
