These copies have been signed <br />and notarized. The Legal Department has stamped one of each agreement for approval to be <br />recorded. Please record that agreement with the Marion County Clerk's Office, Room 110, and <br />return the recorded agreement to our office in the enclosed return envelope. <br />If tlie agreements are not recorded within 90 days of the approval by the Public Works Director, the <br />agreements will be considered null and void.
