' <br />22 Standpipe connections shall be installed per UBC Standard 9-2. <br />23 All openings in the one-hour rated corridors shall comply with UBC 1004.3.4 (ok) <br />24 All openings in the "exit enclosure" shall comply with UBC 1005.3.3 and shall be <br /> from normally occupied azeas only. (ok) <br />25 The cross comdor doors shall comply with UBC 10043.4.3.2.1 and shall be 20 <br /> minute rated. <br />26 Panic hardware required on ALL exit doors serving the Group A, Division 3 <br /> occupancies and shall be on all doors until exit from the building is reached. <br />27 All exterior canopies shall be sprinkled unless a letter is received from all <br /> property owners stating no combustible storage will be placed under them at <br /> any time. <br />28 The main lobby is not required to meet UBC 1005.3.3 per Section 1005.3.3.3 <br /> exception #2 provided all Group M occupancies on the first floor are <br /> considered accessory use. This was the agreement between the Building <br /> Of~icial and the Architect prior to plans submittal. <br />29 The original plans showed HVAC openings into the east exit enclosure on the first <br /> floor. These openings are prohibited.
