An integrated pest management plan for the landscaping will be employed to use <br />biological controls of pests before artificial pesticides. <br />DESIGN EXCELLENCE <br />Bonus Credit 1: LEED CertiCed Designer <br />Team includes at least one principal designer who has satisfactorily completed a LEED Design <br />Training Course at the Bronze level. Workshops may be scheduled in September and October of <br />1999. <br />• The USGBC is in the process of developing a LEED Workshop. A principal designer must <br />attend this workshop. Determine who would attend the training and estimate the cost of <br />attendance (assume a workshop fee of $200). <br />INNOVATION CREDIT <br />Bonus Credit 1: Natural Gas Buses <br />Salem Area Transit indicated that it was planning to convert all the buses to natural gas.
