Our seNioe.s wili include revising the construction documents, including floor <br />plans, ~efleded ceiling plans, door and hardware schedules, mechanical and electrical drawings for the affected <br />area on the fiRh floor. Our fees for those services are set at $4,965 plus reimbursables which covers the services <br />of Arbuckle Costic Architecfis, including mechanical and electrical consulting by Intertace Engineering. <br />We would be pleased to proceed with this worlc upon receipt of a countersigned copy of this letter.
