Our records show that an amount <br />of $ 3,626.25 remains on account. Your account with us for services rendered on Courthouse Square has <br />been and is being paid proportional to our billing process for this project as per the contract. <br />We have, on several occasions, represented your claim to the Owner for additional fees to cover services <br />which you perceive to be an additional scope of wo~k. On each such occasion, the Owner expressed that <br />they deem the request to be unjustified and that the elements described by Century West Engineering form <br />part of the original scope of work for the project.
