Froelich Consu~ing Engineers~ inc. Tim i~dicated in conversation that this change would be trenspare~rt to us since he would coMinue to service the project as an employee of Century West Engineering Corpotation. This chan~e is a matter of sigNficarrt concem to us. in January we were lnformed of the departure of Mike Hayfad as the Strudurai Engineer of Reoord. Tim Terich as a repiacemeM of Mike Hayforcl was acxeptable to us sinoe Tim had been irrvolved with the projed from the beginning, and he assuned us that when needed, w~e oadd ge.t kitennitterrt access to Mike Hayfo~d through Cerrtury West.
