~ 2. WAIVER. No restriction, condition, obligation or provision contained in these Bylaws shall be deemed to have been abrogated or waived by reason of any failure to enforce the same, irrespective of ~ the number of violations or breaches thereof which may occur. . 3. INVALIDTTY: NUMBER: CAPTIONS. The invalidity of any part of these Bylaws shall not impair or affect in any manner the validity, enforceability or effect of the balance of these Bylaws. As used herein, the singular shall include the plural, and the plural the singular. The masculine and neuter shall each include the masculine, fenunine and neuter, as the context requires. . All captions used herein are intended solely for convenience of reference and shall in no way limit any of the provisions of these Bylaws. It is hereby certified that these Bylaws have been adopted by Marion County, a political subdivision of the State of Oregon, Declarant of Courthouse Square condominium, and will be recorded in the Deed Records of Marion County, together with the Condominium Declaration and Bylaws aze approved by the Assessor of said County.
