Exhibit D <br />Respecdve Shares <br />The attached contains a formula for calculating the Respective Shares of the Parties based on <br />the available estimates of construction costs as of the date of execution of this Agreement. It is <br />expect:ed that the Respective Shares shall be redeternuned based on refined estimates of construction <br />costs prepazed after the date of this Agreement, shall be redetermined based on the actual <br />constraicdon bid award, and shall be redetermined upon Substantial Completion based on ~ the actual <br />constr~uction costs. <br />
