Each exhibit in the agreement has been reviewed by District legal counsel. <br />Much of the document, in fact, was written by the parties' attomeys. <br />5. The agreement provides for the formation of a"review committee," to oversee <br />the construction of the project and to supervise the work of the project manager, <br />the Melvin Mark Develapment Company. Resolution #9&14 formally appoints <br />the current project coordinator, John Whittington, as the District's representative <br />on the review committee. <br />Recomn:sndation <br />As noted, the intergovemmental development agreement is the culmination of a <br />great deal of work on the part of the District and County. District staff is very <br />pleased to join with our partners on the Marion County staff to recommend the <br />Board's approval of resolution #98-14, authorizinq the General Mana4er to <br />execute the aareement with Marion Countv and appointina the District's <br />proiect coordinator.
