Field Licensed Special Inspector Services $ 32.00/hour 2. Structural Steel Shop and/or Field Special Inspector 35.00/hour 3 Nuclear Densometer Technician - Soils & Asphalt 35.00/hour . a. Densomter Gauge Use No Charge 4. Non-Destrucrive Testing - UT, MT, PT 45.00/hour 5 Overtime: Time in excess of 8 hours per day on project site, or . before 7 AM and after 5 PM & Sahudays, Sunday & holidays 1.35 x hourly 6. Transportarion (other than to jobsite from Salem Lab) 35/mile a. To the jobsite No Charge 7. Concrete Test Cylinders, C~zbes, 4 x 8 Prisms 12.00/each 8. Masonry Block Prisms/Units 35.00/each 9. Laboratory Proctor Test - per material type 125.00/each 10. Extraction Gradation 165.00/each 11. Cylinder Pick-up No Charge WITNESSETH THAT the said Contractor, in considerarion of the sums to be paid by the Owners in the manner and at the times herein provided, and in considerarion of the other covenants and agreements herein contained, hereby agrees to perform and complete the work herein described and provided for and to furnish all necessary things in accordance with all sections of attachments and exhibits thereto, and in accordance with such alterations or modifications of the same as may be made by the Owners and according to and within the meaning and purposes of this coniract. This agreement shall be binding upon the heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns of the Contractor. THAT the Contract Documents, consisting of all attachments and exhibits thereto, bound herewith are hereby specifically referred to and by this reference made a part hereof and shall by such reference have the same force arid effect as though all of the same were fully written or inserted herein. ,.
