CLARENCE E. BARKER, P.L.S. <br />President <br />Mr. Bazker is the President of Barker Surveying Co. He has owned and managed his surveying <br />firm since 1972. Prior to being self-employed, he was Chief of Party for Clark & Groff <br />Engineers from 1961 to 1972. His eazliest surveying experience was with the Bureau of Public <br />Roads from 1956 to 1961. <br />Mr. Barker's experience with the Bureau of Public Roads consists of running 'P' Line for timber <br />access roads and Federal Highways Projects. He started as a Rear Chainman and advanced to <br />Chief of Party. <br />His experience with Clark & Groff Engineers was as Chief of Party. He was involved in <br />numerous Public Works Projects during this time. <br />He did much of the surveying in the development of Woodburn Senior Estates; Re-location of <br />the Town of Arlington, Oregon; Runway Re-construction of McNary Airf'ield in Salem, Oregon; <br />numerous street projects for various cities in the State of Oregon. <br />Since being self-employed, he has been in charge of as many as five field crews providing <br />surveying services on Residential Subdivisions; Shopping Centers; Industrial Developments; <br />Airport Expansions; Street Projects in various cities throughout Oregon; Sewer Treatment <br />Facilities in several cities in Oregon. <br />REGISTRATION: <br />Registered Professional Land Surveyor in Oregon since 1964 <br />AFFILIATIONS: <br />Professional Land Surveyors of Oregon (PLSO) <br />American Congress on Surveying & Mapping (ASCM) <br />Marion-Polk Building Industry Association <br />Salem Chamber of Commerce <br />LAND SURVEYORS SUBDIVISIONS • CONSTRUCTION STAK~NG • TOPOGRAPHIC MAPPING <br />METROPOLITAN • RURAL • PARTITIONINGS • STRUCTURAL LAYOUTS <br />PHONE (503) 588-6800 • FAX (503) 588-8804 <br />
