COURTHOUSESQUARE <br />SENATOR HEARiNG ROOM <br />SALEM, OREGON <br />SOUND REINFORCEMENT SYSTEM <br />CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS <br />A. The work specific shall be accomplished by an electronic systems contractor <br />specializing in the design, fabrication, installation, adjustment, and servicing of <br />such systems as described herein. <br />B. The contractor's staff shall include a qualified project engineer. This person <br />shall: <br />l. Be a university graduate in engineering with at least ten yeas of <br />engineering experience with similar systems. <br />2. Have attended systems engineering courses by EV, JBL, Syn-Aud-Con or <br />other similar recognized institutions. <br />C. Contractor shall hold the necessary licenses issued by the State of Oregon for an <br />electrical contractor and provide proof thereof. <br />D. Contractor shall be currently registered with the State of Oregon Contractors <br />Board and provide proof thereof. <br />E. Contractor shall be a current member of the National Systems Contractor <br />Association (NSCA). <br />F. Contractor shall be an authorized dealer and service center for all equipment <br />specified herein. <br />G. Contractor shall obtain, and keep in force, the insurance coverage's specified <br />below from companies acceptable to the purchaser: Certificates of such insurance <br />shall be supplied to the purchaser for generalliability ($2,000,000 aggregate; <br />$1,000.00 CSL;) Automobile liability $1,000.000; Workers Compensation <br />$500,000 statutory. <br />
