Personnel Profiles (continued) <br />- Sonny Bettelyoun <br />Environmental DepartmentManager <br />As Department Manager of Environmental Services, Mr. Bettelyoun serves as manager for all <br />Phase I and Phase 11 Environmental Site Assessment, asbestos services projects, underground <br />storage tank services, remediation projects, and indoor air quality, radon & lead-based paint <br />studies. He works closely with clients concerning schedules, process reports, invoicing and the <br />completion and clarification of contract related issues. <br />- Bernard Urbany <br />Nondestructive Examinations DepartmentManager <br />Mr. Urbany has more than 16 years of NDE experience, including 9 as a Level IU examiner, <br />contracts manager, and facility environmental affairs officer. He cunently supervises over 20 <br />inspectors performing liquid penetrant, magnetic patticle, ultrasonic, and radiographic testing <br />services. Mr. Urbany is responsible for reviewing reports, consulting with clients, and ensuring <br />work performance meets with applicable job requirements and specifications. He is involved <br />with all aspects of customer service, including client communication/consultation, providing <br />solutions-solving and interfacing with clients. <br />- NDE Inspectors <br />We Qualify and Certify all our Technical Personnel in accordance with the requirements on <br />ASNT Document SNT-TC-IA and the American Welding Society (AWS). The following is a <br />list of qualified and Certified personnel available within PSI's Northwest region for your <br />~rojects: <br />Ultrasonic - 78 Inspectors Liquid Penetrant - 76 Inspectors <br />Radiographic - 60 Inspectors Visual Weld - I 00+ Inspectors <br />Magnetic Particle - I 00 <br />Inspectors <br />- Construction Services Technicians <br />Our soils, concrete, and asphalt inspectors have an average 8 years experience in QC/QA <br />services. Each technician is active in accreditation programs sponsored by the ICEO, WABO, <br />City of Portland, National Institute of Certified Engineering Technicians (NICE'1~ and the <br />American Concrete Institute (ACn. <br />Resumes for personnel from our Portland office are available upon request. Additionally, we would <br />welcome you to personally interview any of our staff.
