In the event of price increases, the State reserves <br />right to audit Contractor's books and records relating to cost <br />pricing data. <br />The State shall be given the immediate benefit of any price <br />decreases Contractor shall promptly notify the Purchasing <br />Section <br />of the amount and effective date of each decrease. This <br />decrease <br />shall apply to all orders placed on or after the effective date <br />of <br />the decrease. Invoices shall reflect prices in effect on the <br />date <br />the Contract Release Order was written. <br />Should such decreased prices again increase during the term of <br />the <br />contract, including extensions, the State shall honor the <br />increase <br />if it does not exceed the original contract price and if <br />acceptable documentation verifying the increase is submitted to <br />the Purchasing Section.
