Final cleaning required following comple6on of sub-trade work. <br />2. Install all signage per contract. <br />3. Southeast comer grouting still in progress on the medallions, much of the finishing joint sealant in the pavers still <br />required. <br />4. Green canopies at east end have various areas where there is insufficient paint coverage. Red oxide primer is still <br />showing completely and in some cases only ma~ginally through the g~een paint ensure that we get a full double <br />coat of paint on steel canopies. (Note: no runs either). <br />5. Remove tape adhesive from flashing at the 12 foot mark at the southeast comer and remove tape adhesive from <br />the light fixtures. <br />6. Light pole and pedestrian signal pole at the southeast comer of the intersection of Court Street and Church Street <br />has not been installed. ~ <br />7. Several cracks in the curb around the perimeter of the site need to be epoxied. <br />8. Perimeter of signalization poles relafire to the brick pavers at the southeast come~ needs to be modified, to <br />provide flush surface. <br />9. Grouting of the pedestrian light poles s611 required. <br />10. Street trees are missing all around the site. <br />11. On the columns on the south side of the building there is a certain amount of effervescence that is showing up on <br />the precast that will need to be Geaned. <br />12. Understood that there is still no anti-graffib coating on the b~ck work and the concrete work up to the 12 foot marlc, <br />provide as per specifica6on. <br />13. Gridline F on the south face of the building above the canopies between 12 and 14 feet the~e's still green paint <br />stain that hasn't been removed from the brick. <br />14. Remove more tape adhesive from above light fixtures at this point as well. <br />15. Remove tape from soffit air vent at southwest comer adjacent to door at least in the arcade in front of transit lobby. <br />Also remove either paint or tape adhesive from the same location. <br />16. Column line C-12 adjust soffit venting which is hanging down at the same location. <br />17. Paint overflow pipes as they come down through the soffit in the arcades. <br />18. Seal where steel angles drop down through the aluminum closers. <br />19. Again along the south side there are many canopies with areas that have not received full coverage of paint. Note <br />particularly the tees on the ends of the canopies. <br />20. Fire hydrant at the southeast comer should be painted yellow from the flange on down. <br />21. The sign for High Street under the clock tower is either not level or at least has not been set normal to the <br />structure, it is down about'/4" on the right hand side. <br />22. General cleanup is still required in the northeast comer of the site. <br />23. Grouting under pet poles are still required. <br />24. Note: Looki~g at the bridge covers from upper stories of the building it is Gear that the tops of the tees and the top <br />coMs and some of the tees above the deck have not been painted. <br />25. Missing one bench on the north pad that is to be provided by the City. Also two tree containers are missing and all <br />of these items need to be placed according to the PR that was issued for this work. <br />26. At northeast stairwell shaft, there is a piece of concrete that has cracked, has been patched and then the patch <br />, has cracked again and moved as we11, this needs to be re-patched with epoxy. --_ _ <br />27. Masking tape on the lens of the light fixture in the northeast comer. <br />28. All joints in the steel deck canopies ~equire sealant per details. <br />29. At Gridline H in 3A on the east side of the front column there has been paint overspray onto the brick needs to be <br />~ <br />
