Joint between black ceramic tile and brick on north wall and on east wall needs to be finished with sealant <br />34. VerGcal sealant joint at control joint in black ceramic tile needs to be sealed. <br />35. Exterior door to storage room for transit needs to be painted, door and frame. <br />36. Review conduit on canopies, many seem to be incompletely painted. <br />37. Column C at 10A excessive amount of effervescence that needs to be cleaned brick needs to be resealed. <br />38. Access panels in ceiling of arcades at 10, 10A, and A needs to be painted <br />39. Exterior signage on the building is still required. <br />40. Vandal resistant fllm to glass at ground floor per contract. <br />41. Particularly in north bus lanes, sand between brick pavers has washed away indica~ng that the "Surebond' sealer <br />has not worked in this area. <br />42. Sealant joints in several locations along south wall, between black ceramic tite and concrete walk, have failed, or <br />are imprope~ly installed. , <br />43.
